Town of Stephentown, Stephentown, NY 12168. Notice is hereby given that the Town Board, Town of Stephentown, Rensselaer County, NY, will receive resumes and letters of interest for four available positions, ZBA and Planning Board Alternates, one 5 year Planning Board Member term, and Deputy Town Clerk. Resumes and letters of interest to be submitted to the Town Clerk by Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 4:00 PM. Mail to or deliver to the Town Clerk at 26 Grange Hall Road, Stephentown, NY 12168.

RESOLUTION # 18-12 OPEN SEALED BIDS FOR THE 1989 INTERNATIONAL PLOW TRUCK

BY BOARD MEMBER : ECKHARDT

WHEREAS: the Town of Stephentown has put out to bid excess equipment a 1989 International 4X4 plow truck with plow, and

WHEREAS: the sealed bids were received at the Town Clerk’s Office by 7:00PM on Friday, January 13, 2012, and

WHEREAS: a total of 3 sealed bid was received

1. General Services Hagaman, NY bid for $ 1,727.27

2. Cameron Clough bid for $ 1,902.00

3. Village Truck Sales Lanesboro, MA bid for $ 3,290.00

And

WHEREAS: the Town Board has the authority to except or reject any or all bids, now therefore be it

RESOLVED: that all bids for the 1989 International 4X4 plow truck with plow be rejected
